We go to the root.
No calorie counting, no list of bans. Food the way it was meant to be: honest, deep and in the light of the New Covenant, for the whole person of body, spirit and soul.
You came here to eat better. But eating, drinking, movement and relationship are fruits. We go to the root.
The Root and the Fruit →Body, spirit and soul: one truth
What the Creator placed in the body, in his Word and in your soul belongs together and heals together.
Eating the way you’re built
From the original design in paradise to an honest plate. Whole foods, no factory.
The foods →The Word in plain words
Wisdom instead of law, freedom instead of fear. The great words brought back into the clear.
Read Plain Words →The root beneath the symptom
What you feel in your eating and your life has a root. The way from fear to love.
To the root →Body and Bible speak the same language
The truth about your body and the truth about your soul come from the same hand. The same pattern shows up again and again: it begins in the Bible, and science finds it later.
Read The One Truth →The US book “Bible Diet” is on the bestseller lists. We, however, drill deep.
That pleases us, because it shows people sense that the oldest book in the world says more about their body than any guide. Reading it, though, you notice the root of the word has been replaced by a program. A set of rules, a weekly plan, a product shelf.
We take the other road. We drill through the whole of Scripture, from Eden to Revelation, asking of every verse: who is speaking, to whom, under which covenant? Then something appears that almost everyone overlooks: the cross is the key. Read the food laws as a diet plan and you have skipped it. Keep it in view and you find freedom instead of law, and still understand why the Creator built certain animals as a cleanup crew.
One more thing: here you will find no capsules and no healing promises. This is about understanding.
The Bible diet as we read it →The truth will set you free.
John 8:32
Eat the way you’re built. Live the way you’re built.
