Your body is not broken.
It works by a logic older than any industry that wants to tell you today what you should eat.
The problem is not that we know too little. It is that we have unlearned how to trust our own body and have handed the question what this is actually about to a system that has a vested interest in your never answering it yourself.
This page makes three things clear. Without empty phrases.
1. The responsibility belongs to you. Not to your doctor. Not to your app. Not to the next guideline.
As long as you believe someone else knows better than you what does your body good, you remain dependent. bible-diet breaks this cycle: not with a diet plan you look up, but with the ability to understand for yourself, to decide for yourself, to lead yourself. That is no appeal to your feeling. It is a realistic finding: no one, truly no one, lives in your body except you. No expert has a sensor for your digestion, your energy, your recovery. This data only you have. Reading it you must learn, not delegate.
2. We go to the source, not to the symptom.
Picture a dripping faucet that has been wetting the floor for days. You can wipe three times a day, buy new cloths, invent an electric wiper. Or you turn it off. That is exactly the difference between symptom and cause.
A system that earns its money from the wiping has no interest in your finding the faucet. That is no accusation and no conspiracy. It is simple incentive logic: the return of the symptom is the business model. The patient who becomes healthy and stays healthy is, from a business point of view, a lost customer. The industry of chronic treatment earns from the coming back, not from the leaving.
We reckon differently. We ask: what is running beneath the surface? Why does the body sound the alarm? Before you fight a symptom, we understand the signal. Pain is not your enemy. It is your alarm system. Whoever only switches off the alarm while the burglar is still in the house has gained nothing.
3. What is sold to you as new is ancient.
Most nutrition trends of the last fifty years rarely last longer than five years. What is called a superfood today was on sale tomorrow. What was forbidden yesterday is recommended today, and the other way around. Whoever orients himself by trends lives in a permanent spin.
There is a more stable point of reference: the original order. How is the human built? Under what conditions did his body develop and prove itself over millennia? The answer lies not in the next paper with n=37, but in the design. A seed that stores nutrients for a whole plant and has nourished humankind for millennia has a different grip on reality than a powder from the laboratory that did not exist three years ago. That is no romanticism. It is the longest field trial in history.
The Bible is not our rulebook in this. It is our guiding thread. A treasury of wisdom that describes how the human was originally meant: responsible for what he takes into his body, embedded in an order of creation that works because it is thought out. Eden is no metaphor for naivety. Eden is the blueprint.
No promises of healing. No miracle diet.
This page sells you nothing. It promises you nothing. It makes no claim about how many kilos you will lose, which illness you will be rid of, or how much energy you will gain. Such claims are dubious, because every person is a different one and because the one who makes them usually sells something.
What we can say: if you understand how your body is built, and if you begin to give it what it is designed for, then many problems fall away by themselves, through simple logic. The body can regulate, repair, renew itself, if you let it and give it the right material. That is no modesty, that is physiology. The rest you may experience, instead of having it promised to you.
The question is not whether you follow the next expert. The question is whether you are ready to look for yourself.
